        "notes": "This request was submitted through QH Forms\n\nAdditional Details\n- Is your feedback related to a site?: Yes\n- Additional detail: Screen in BFS 2-3\n\nThe screen in BFS 2-3 is unusable, and the response I received regarding the timeframe is that the screen won't be replaced due to the system upgrades and there is no timeframe on when this will be installed.  Whilst I appreciate that there is work being done to upgrade the AV systems throughout the building, the fact that this screen doesn't work means that this room is now not usable for online meetings, or joint working, when a projection screen is required.  This is also problematic, due to the limited number of rooms of that size across the building.  We have been unable to re-schedule our routine booking into another room, despite looking across the entire building.  \nI hoping the screen can be replaced as a matter of urgency.  Thanks.",
